Terms of service

GoAEO provides an AI search readiness assessment of a website you control, a prioritized set of recommendations, tooling to generate supporting content, and optional managed implementation. You may run the free audit only on sites you own or are authorised to audit.

Answer engines such as ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews are third-party systems that we do not control and that change without notice. GoAEO does not guarantee that you will be mentioned, cited or ranked by any of them.

What we do commit to is delivering the agreed deliverables, evidence-backed recommendations, and verification of readiness changes against your live site.

• Core programs (Growth and Scale) are month to month and bill monthly in advance.
• Managed programs bill monthly in advance for the agreed monthly execution mix.
• You can cancel a month-to-month program at any time before the next renewal date; service continues to the end of the paid period.
• Fees already paid for delivered work are non-refundable, except where required by law.

• Provide accurate information and timely access needed to deliver the work.
• Review and approve content, PR and podcast material before it is published on your behalf.
• Ensure any claims you ask us to publish about your business are true and substantiated.

Do not use GoAEO to audit sites you do not control, to generate deceptive content, or to attempt to overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
