Privacy policy

• Audit inputs: the website address you enter, and optionally your company name, industry and market.
• Contact details: your email address when you unlock a report or create an account.
• Audit output: the readiness score, findings and any estimated visibility results we generate for you.
• Account data: your workspace profile, saved content assets, scans and checklist progress.
• Basic technical logs: request timestamps and error records used to keep the service running.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not buy contact lists. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

• To run the audit you requested and store the report so you can return to it.
• To email you your report and service updates related to your account.
• To improve check accuracy in aggregate, using audit outcomes rather than personal details.
• To provide support and, where you have purchased it, implementation work.

We use a managed cloud database and authentication provider to store your account and audit data, and an AI gateway to generate the estimated visibility view and content drafts. Audit inputs sent to the AI gateway are limited to the company, industry, market and topic you supply. Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by a dedicated payment provider and card details never reach our servers.

• Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing privacy@goaeo.ai.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the link in the footer of our emails.
• Delete your account, which removes your workspace, audits and generated assets.
